New Business

Riverside Motorsports Park appears to be having financial difficulty.

Atwater (Castle Airport) is no longer available as an autocross site.  AAS events have been impacted.

We will offer “100 percenters” a choice of a jacket, a polo shirt, or one free entry.

Bob contacted JA circuits to obtain new timing light.  Leadtime is 4-6 weeks.  Cost is $243.

Miller provided copy of letter from state senator Darrell Steinberg describing Senate Bill 266 which is intended to combat street racing.  It authorizes courts to have vehicles used in street races forfeited and sold if the defendant has two or more previous convictions.  Discussed possible alternatives that would involve re-education through our autocross program.  Ray Miller will do a draft of a letter to propose alternatives.

Decided to not have Stockton swept before first event.

We have an event conflict for the Shriners Mather site due to BMW club attempting to secure the site for a street survival school on that date.

Moved to adjourn. (Approved)  Adjourned 10:17pm

Respectfully Submitted,

Rick Brown
